Axmed Siciid Axmed was born on 13 June 1991 in Jowhar, Somalia. He currently serves as the Secretary General of Gaashaan Party, where he plays a central role in guiding organizational strategy, coordinating party activities, and ensuring effective leadership across all levels of the party.

Education

Axmed completed his Bachelor’s degree at University of the Somali Nation, Mogadishu, studying Political Science / Public Administration, which aligns closely with his political responsibilities.

He is currently pursuing a Master’s degree at University of Amsterdam, Netherlands, focusing on Political Science & International Relations, enhancing his leadership skills and understanding of domestic and international political affairs.

Work Experience

Axmed has previously worked in various government offices in Somalia, contributing to policy implementation at both federal and regional levels.
He has also collaborated with civil society organizations (CSOs), supporting community development projects, youth empowerment initiatives, and local civic engagement programs. This experience strengthened his political acumen and equipped him to effectively lead party operations.
